Abstract
Thaw the chicken legs and squeeze out any blood. Marinate them for 30 minutes with chili powder, cumin powder, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and salt. Place the marinated legs in the air fryer. Cook at 200°C (392°F) for 20 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 8 minutes. This method results in crispy, flavorful chicken legs without the need for added oil.
